New York City’s Callie Reiff has been on quite a roll as of late. At just the age of 16, the up-and-coming beatmaker has dominated the New York City scene, opening for acts like Jauz, Zedd, Madeon, Mat Zo, and more. Her recent NEST HQ MiniMix made headlines for its insane energy and masterful mixing that typically isn’t expected from such a young tastemaster such as Callie. Now she’s back at it again to show off her relentless production talents in her newest solo piece “Sonic Distortion.” The track is both masterful and sinister with its growling bass lines, space age synths, mixed with quick, skipping drum patterns. This is Callie’s second single to be released off the underground label Audiophile XXL, and the beginning of what will be a standout year for the young producer. “Sonic Distortion” is out now on Audiophile XXL, and you can download it for free here.
