With the record label's recent compilation albums, Monstercat has included an inspiring message — not only as an interesting parallel to the music, but also as an intimate connection with the label's devoted fans. For Monstercat 026 – Resistance, the musical message was:
“Fighting for the future,
means standing up against the past.”
Celebrating Monstercat's 26th compilation album, the record label has continued to go against the grain once again and rather than conforming to norms that the music industry has entailed, Monstercat has continued to look toward the industry's bright future ahead.
The compilation features 30 tracks and two mixes (Defiance and Submission), including music from the debut Karma Fields album New Age | Dark Age and Haywyre's Two Fold Pt. 2, as well as other artists, both old and new.
Among the veterans, Conrad, Loosid, and Melan are the Monstercat family newcomers — who teamed up with Puppet, Rezonate, and San Holo, as well as many more, make for an amazing resistance to support in their fight below!
