Porter Robinson and Madeon recently released one of the biggest EDM tracks of the year “Shelter.” The single became part of something larger, ultimately taking the name of the tour the duo are currently playing. The tour has showcased spectacular imagery and stunning audio and visual production. Now “Shelter” has received its first official remix after quite a few bootlegs.
Mat Zo has been chosen to take on the the hit single. Previously working with Porter Robinson on “Easy” and remixing “Flicker”. The synth loaded remix of “Shelter” was premiered at Bassmnt in San Diego and gained massive response from fans. Mat Zo's remix features a slower interlude with bongo drums and guitar that gives the track a rework that's melodic and incorporates an overall softer feel.
