To say that 2016 has been a breakout year for Slushii is an understatement. He's released a handful of original tracks & remixes this year, as well as and his first album, Brain Freeze in May. He's currently on tour with Flosstradamus. This year has definitely been a memorable one for him.
Fresh out of the ‘Slushii Archives' on Soundcloud, Julian Scanlan has dropped another track that people are already fiending over. This one is called “HAUNT” and the bass has us feeling a little haunted (see what I did there). True to Slushii's signature sound, the song begins with impactful keys, hoppy synths and bass that hums, all while bouncing along at the eloquent, methodical pace that we've grown to enjoy in Scanlan's music.
Let's not get this twisted. According to the Soundcloud bio for this account and the song list, this isn't exactly new music. It's an account for ‘older vips and remixes. So while we're not exactly sure how old the track is or where it's come from, it's still a song that's new to us. Enjoy!
