It's the first of the month and you know what that means. It's time for another episode from Deadmau5's BBC Radio 1 residency. The first episode came to us in January and was chalked full of deep techno and progressively heavy beats. If you loved episode one, it's fair to say you'll dig episode two.
This episode starts off with a fellow resident, Kölsch and then leads into some of the more traditional sounds we have come to recognize from Deadmau5 with Lane 8, as he describes, “mean” Drunken Kong and Jeremy Olander. You'll also find a sizeable amount of remixes, including Maceo Plex, Patrice Bäumel & Matt Lange. After a progressive start, he rounds out the playlist with a solid techno sound, and a strong (and appropriate) finish with Midland's “Final Credits.”
