Thrive Music has a stoic history in the music space. Releasing artists such as Steve Aoki, Paul Oakenfold, Diplo, and more, Thrive has always been a step ahead with their music taste. Today I stumbled upon this Ken Loi record Thrive put out last week and I couldn't have been more pleased.
Despite his firm roots in Trance, Ken Loi is known for his Progressive and Electro anthems. Ken Loi was named by Tiesto himself as DJ Mag’s Breakthrough Artist of The Year in 2011,
Ken Loi ended 2016 with a successful Dance radio favorite “Coming 4 U”, which was named one of Sirius XM’s BPM Breakers of the Year. He now joins west coast power-house Thrive Music and delivers his first single of 2017, “Deja Vu feat. Sam Tinnesz.”
I was pleasantly pleased that Thrive put out this record, off center from the sound I am used to from them, but equally as clear and strong of a record as any. The eclectic label has always drawn my attention, and I would keep an eye out for what seems to be a big year in the making.
