When news first struck about Deadmau5's newest stage platform, Cube 2.1, no one could foresee the possibilities of what this cube will have to offer. After plenty of sneak peeks and expected visuals for the cube, the Mau5 star has finally released an official video on the new and approved Cube platform. Heightening our expectations, the video takes a look into what this creative stage has to offer, such as a huge variety of LEDs, music synced visuals, beautiful pixel quality, and much more. Not only this, but the cube consists of 16 automation boxes that will epically and truly blow your mind.
Deadmau5 worked alongside TAIT and Adam Davis to develop what is now the true Cube 2.1. Adam Davis refers to this stage as “the world's most transformative DJ stand.” After watching the video, it is obvious to say that Davis is absolutely correct. This stage contains technology that many of us have probably never even heard of, providing a bit of sophistication and mystery to the whole idea.
Many surprises are expected on the “lots of shows in a row' tour and this one is a big one. The tour officially starts on March 29 in New York.
