Yes, just a few days ago the news hit that the tracklist for the upcoming Gorillaz album had leaked online. We were able to see a litany of collaborations from the likes of Danny Brown and Vince Staples were coming our way.
Today it appears that 4 of the new tracks have been leaked online. Now – we are not a huge fan of leaks here at EDM Sauce. Mostly because that means the music was stolen and therefore the artists who slaved over them will not profit in anyway. Since streaming services pay out royalties of almost nothing, and hard copy sales are already down, the last thing we want to do is to add fuel to the fire by giving our readers the exact location of where to find them. That being said – if you are so inclined to check out the tracks before the official album drop – use your noggin and just google ‘leaked Gorillaz tracks”. You will find what you are looking for.
The tracks which hit the web today include the collaboration with Danny Brown. They range from more ‘Melancholy Hill' in nature to much more aggressive lyrical rap. It is a good display that what is coming our way will be incredible.
