After months of anticipation, the Gorillaz have finally released their 26-track ‘Humanz.'
The album release has been nothing short of HYPE. Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, the masterminds behind Gorillaz, began teasing the album through the “Book Of Noodle” back in October of 2016. Gorillaz then directed a car racing commercial for Jaguar and continued to build anticipation through augmented reality apps, song teasers and multimedia stories.
‘Humanz' marks the first album since 2011 when Gorillaz released ‘The Fall.' With notable collaborations in part with D.R.A.M., De La Soul, Vince Staples and Pusha T, Gorillaz have clearly established their unique sound throughout their 16-year career. Listen to the Deluxe Edition in full below:
