Over the past couple of years, Slushii has made quite the name for himself. Riding to success with the help of Marshmello and his savage remixes, Slushii has become one of the most widely talked about artists in dance music.
Yesterday we discovered that Slushii had deleted all of his tweets from his Twitter account, but left one. The only tweet left said “Gonna go outside now.” Today, Slushii took to Twitter to clear the air and reveal exactly what's been going on with him.
He writes:
Hey dudes,
Decided to rid myself of all social media on my phone because it was become a problem and toxic in my personal life. I really can't put it into words but something clicked for me recently that made me realize that I didn't need to be absorbed in this ecosystem and could actually go out and experience things and live my life. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it. I've been really depressed lately. Don't know why. Will update u guys when the new music is ready.”
