During Joel Zimmerman's (deadmau5) highly anticipated set as his alter-alias Testpilot, Joel experienced quite a few technical difficulties. During his set, fans encountered show-stopping rains and technical difficulties in Detroit last night.
After a long pause during his set, deadmau5 decided to play stand up comedian with a beer in hand. “I drink on stage because most dudes would be shitting their fucking pants right now,” Joel jokingly said.
The set was supposed to be one of the weekend's highlighted sets, but sadly the main stage was underwhelming to the stop and go music. For those who attended and aren't too happy with the result, Joel said he will be re-recording the Testpilot set on his next BBC1 Radio residency broadcast.
Rain and technical issues out of his control didn't stop @deadmau5 from making the #Testpilot show happen! Track selection was on point!
