Woah, it has been a busy couple of days for tracks going platinum in the world of EDM. Last week we reported on Calvin Harris' ‘Slide' hitting the million mile stone, yesterday Zedd and Alessia Cara achieved the status for ‘Stay' and today the RIAA has tweeted out Kygo and Selena Gomez are members of the club for their massive hit, ‘It Aint Me'.
It is almost shocking that the duo has achieved this honor in only four months. It seems like just yesterday that we were reporting on the rumors of collaboration and the release itself. That being said reaching platinum status is almost no big deal for the individual artists who are more than used to reaching the one million mark.
