Back in mid-April, Comedy Central revealed that they would be getting a US remake of the hit UK show, Taskmaster. In Comedy Central's new series, Reggie Watts will star as the taskmaster alongside the series creator, Alex Horne, as his loyal assistant. The two comedians will judge five unwitting comedians as they compete each one another.
For Taskmaster's first show, it will be hosted live in front of a studio audience in Hollywood from July 10th through 12th. Taskmaster will feature Dillon Francis, comedian Lisa Lampanelli, Freddie Highmore, Ron Funches and Kate Berlant for the first tapings of Comedy Central's new primetime show.
