Sometimes I wish I was still in college. Today (September 7th), Spotify and Hulu have announced their plans to team up to give US college students access to both of their premium subscriptions for just $5 per month. The new service called “Spotify Premium for Students, now with Hulu” marks just the beginning of paired services.
For just $5 per month, Spotify will offer its ad-free music streaming service along with Hulu's Limited Commercials plan, which lets you stream current TV shows, movies, and other original content.
The Spotify and Hulu bundle is available for undergrads today, and current students taking advantage of Spotify Premium already can now upgrade to the Hulu plan for free.
