Chune-up. This stuff is not for the soft eared. Doctor P has become known over the past, say, 10-years for dropping some of the raddest bass beats. He has teamed up with some of Hip-Hops best artists and dropped timeless tracks that rip at clubs across the globe. “Business” was dropped a few years back with the “G6” producers Far East Movement which delivered sub-smashing bass. Fast forward two-years and here we are with 2 remixes to the original “Business”. Casey K delivers one with the partnership of the Doctor himself and the other is brought to us by Mark the Best. Remix one is delivered by P himself along with Circus up-and-comer Casey K. They drop a heavy baseline and catchy vocals partnering with Far East Movement. The baseline is accompanied by an unearthy undertone. The bass thumps as expected from the Doctor and Casey K. The build features a rapid pace increase into an anthem of a drop. At about 2:00 minutes the song flips, from the trappy hip-hop opening we are delivered to an original vocal with more of a pop-drop feel which is quickly reverted back to the trap. The vocals get manipulated and bring us right back to the Doctor that started us off on this remix.
Then, the remix of the remix by Mark the Best takes us through a similar but uniquely different bass line. The drop brings in a much more uptempo-trap drop. Rising High and Dropping us down just as hard as we rose, it’s an insanely rad sequence that will leave bass heads head banging throughout the winter.
