With the release of his second single, it is clear, Puppet has another interesting story to tell on his forthcoming Life Overseas EP — a story that may be more mature than the last two.
Both of Puppet's previous EPs on Monstercat were received with high regards, respectively, but he never stopped pushing the boundaries. In a genre with seemingly endless possibility for productions, far too many artists stay under the “EDM” umbrella. They don't take risks. They don't think outside the box.
Puppet broke the box with “Dynamo” today.
Following the release of “Bigger Picture” with Foria, Puppet delivered the same electro pop punk blend of energy for “Dynamo” and I can see big things on the horizon. Life Overseas will be his best EP yet (and I loved Fear Is Fleeting!).
