Rusko fans rejoiced as the dubstep pioneer hit the festival circuit this year, teaming up with his legendary partner in crime Caspa. Rusko added tons of solo tour dates throughout the year as well. Today though the producer/DJ took to his social media with some serious upsetting news.
Rusko has been diagnosed with stomach cancer. Specifically Gastric Lymphoma. The condition, which actually runs in my own family, is very treatable if caught early. We are devastated to hear that Rusko has to go through this terrible treatment and ordeal but are happy to hear that his condition is treatable.
The artist also noted that he had tons of new music coming out. So while we might have to wait a bit to seem Rusko live again, we will be able to listen to his new music to help hold us over. Get well soon!
