What should I wear for EDC?
If you're planning on attending EDC, the question of what to wear may be weighing on your mind. After all, this is a festival where people really let their freak flags fly. But don't worry, there are no fashion police here. You can pretty much wear whatever you want… as long as it's comfortable and will help you survive three days of non-stop dancing. So leave the stilettos at home and opt for a pair of sneakers or flats instead. And make sure to pack a few changes of clothes, because chances are you're going to get sweaty. (Very sweaty.) As for the rest? Let your imagination run wild. Glitter, sequins, body paint… anything goes at EDC. So have fun with it and dress to express yourself.
Do people wear costumes to EDC?
Every year, on the last weekend of May, Las Vegas is transformed into a neon-lit playground for electronic dance music lovers from all over the world. For three days and nights, partygoers can enjoy non-stop music, mind-bending visual displays, and endless opportunities to make new friends. And while many people choose to wear revealing or outrageous costumes, it's perfectly acceptable to show up in street clothes. In fact, you'll probably blend in more than you realize. After all, with tens of thousands of people in attendance, it's impossible to stand out. So whether you're wearing a tutu or a t-shirt, just be sure to enjoy the ride.
